Signing Off -- Farewell, TPMers: I can't believe I'm writing this, but for the foreseeable future this is my last post at TPM. I'm heading over to The Washington Post, where I'll be writing the lead blog on a new site that WaPo is launching. This will drive you mad with curiosity, unfortunately, but the details on the new site and blog will only be forthcoming when it launches the week after next. As you already know, what Josh has created here at TPM is an enormous achievement. It's hard for me to express just how much I've enjoyed and learned from my experience here. It's the best gig I've ever had -- even better than playing first base on the neighborhood little league team -- and it was an honor and a privilege to have had the chance to do whatever I've been able to help implement Josh's truly unique journalistic vision...
I'm trying to think of people who have written for WPNI in the past half-decade without doing damage to their reputations. Dan Froomkin and Walter Pincus and Paul Blustein are the only names that come immediately to mind...
