News roundup: Oregon voters OK tax hike for wealthy, businesses -: Oregon voters have passed measures to raise income taxes on the wealthy and on businesses. The measures were approved 54% to 46%. It means that taxes will go up for individuals with taxable income of more than $125,000 and households with more than $250,000.
