Paul Krugman vs. Carmen Reinhart: What is to Be Done About the World Economy? Department: I'm only five minutes into the video and I don't know if I can keep going. In the minute or so that Friedman's been speaking, he's already tossed out a headache-inducing, nauseatingly stupid analogy (the world as a table with four legs - America, Europe, the Arab World, and... China, India, Asia, whatever) and phrased his first question in terms of a Friedman Unit! I can't take this guy, and I don't know how Krugman does either.
